I have owned this gps tracking device for a little over 2 years and i use it every day for vehicle tracking. When my kids get old enough to drive I will use a gps tracking device to track their vehicles also. They may not like it but tough!

- Where is that damn restaurant? It was right here yesterday! I can’t tell you how many times I have found a good restaurant and not been able to find my way back when I wanted to eat there again. If i would have had a tracking key in my vehicle i could print an image from google earth and know exactly where i wanted to go.
- Your sister’s house? Yeah right! Had engine trouble? Sure you did! Just happened to be in front of a bar didn’t it. Yeah right! The gps tracking key tells all! Know where your spouse and employees actually go.
- Keep track of my mileage for tax purposes. After all the tax man can not argue with my mileage claim when i can show them on google earth where I stopped and how many miles i drove to get there. Using a gps tracking device for this purpose would enable you to deduct it from your taxes as an accounting tool for vehicle expenses.
- Keep track of anywhere my vehicle goes whether i am the one driving or not. After all that is what the Gps Tracking Key is designed for.

Size…………..The LAS-1505 Tracking Key is about as long as a pack of cigarettes and about half as wide. This tracker a little thicker but overall it is a pretty small device for as accurate it is.
Where to hide the GPS Tracking Device?…………..Figuring out where to hide the device took a while.
The first place i put gps tracking key was under the car. I put this gps tracking device inside a plastic ziplock bag because Thailand has a lot of rain and the magnet was strong enough to keep the tracker in place. When i made a trip to the airport and saw the army checking underneath the vehicles with their mirror contraptions i decided under the vehicle was not such a good idea. The image in my mind of my wife going to the airport and having the army point their M16′s at her because they saw a GPS tracking Key under her car made me smile but i knew it would not be a good idea.The next place i put the tracking key was behind the lining in the trunk. Getting the gps tracking key out and putting it back was too much of a pain in the butt so i ended up just putting the tracking key under the passengers seat.
The problem
with putting the gps tracking key under the seat is the green light on the side that shows up quite well in the dark. To solve this problem i just put some black electricians tape over the light. That was no big deal but it made me wonder why they would put a light on a gps tracking device that is meant to be hidden.
Accuracy and Battery Life
LandAirSea lists the accuracy for the LAS-1505 Gps Tracking Key as 2.5 meters. Based on 2 years experience with this tracking key I will have to say it depends on where you have the tracking key located. As you can see in the picture the tracking key started up again without the vehicle moving and gave a different location that was 13 meters away from the first location.
In this picture you can plainly see that the gps tracking key has the vehicle driving through the building. There are things that interfere with the reception such as a lot of overhanging electrical wires which Thailand has in abundance, buildings and thick metal. In my honest opinion i am willing to put up with a little inaccuracy every once in a while because it is accurate enough to show me that my vehicle stopped at the market for 30 minutes and at the shopping mall for 4 hours. The trade off of being able to hide the tracking key inside the vehicle and only having to pay for 2 AAA batteries every 2 weeks as opposed to mounting the tracking key on the dashboard so it gets better reception or paying for a larger unit with more power is definitely worth it. It all depends on what you are after.
Price
The prices I have seen range between $199 and $250. At the time i wrote this the price on Amazon was $199 with free shipping. Remember there are no monthly fees with the Tracking Key since it is a passive vehicle tracking system.

You know i really liked this picture because it shows how people really feel that are victims of their cheating Spouse. If you suspect that you have a cheating husband or a cheating wife then this vehicle tracker device is for you. It may not record in real time but the LAS 1505 Tracking Key will show you where your wife or husband really go when they say they are just visiting friends. At least it will show where there vehicle went which is just as good.
I can’t imagine how this happened. Was the truck driver drunk not to know this huge hole as behind him? Every one that is responsible for what their drivers do need a gps vehicle tracking system like the Las-1505 Tracking Key. When an accident happens just retrieve the tracking Key from the vehicle, plug it in, download the data to you computer and generate an activity report.
Another use that i mentioned before is as a time tracking system. Perfect for proving to the IRS your mileage claimed or for billing clients when travel time is involved. if you pay your employees by the mile then use this gps tracker to make sure they are not taking the long way just to make more money.
GPS Tracking Key Pro
is another vehicle gps tracking device you may want to consider. It is a little more expensive than the LAS-1505 Tracking Key but ituses 2 AA batteries which gives it an 80 hour driving time recording capability instead of the 10 hour you get with the tracking Key. If i had to do it over again I would have splurged and went for the longer recording time. No matter which one you choose a gps tracking device is the right choice.
